The Cottage
Bron Dalar Cottage is more than 200 years old and used to be an old fisherman's cottage and smoke-house. Now, it's updated and although it's small, it's quite lovely. And best of all is the location - just a couple of minutes off Junction 15 of the A55 but only a few second's walk to the Promenade and it's lovely beach.

The cottage is situated alongside our house, and looks out over our garden, which in spring and summer is full of multicoloured flowers. Unfortunately you won't have access to the garden as our dogs are often out there - but if you're bringing a dog yourself you can rest easy that the small concreted path outside the cottage door is secure, our dog's cannot get into that area and yours won't be able to get out, unless you have opened the gate.

A word about electric car charging - unfortunately we do not have the facilities for you to charge a car here. Your vehicle will be parked out on the Promenade a couple of hundred metres from the cottage door and you will be unable to get it close enough for charging. Please do bear this in mind before booking, you will NOT be able to run a cable from the cottage to charge your car.
The Lounge
You enter this room immediately you walk through the front door. There's a large flat-screen TV with freeview channels, Netflix, and Disney. A DVD player - and there's a handful of DVDs and books too.

There's a leather sofa and a matching chair, they are very comfortable. There's a radiator and a gas fire that is great for topping up the heat quickly if you come in cold and wet.

Note the small step through to the bedroom, it's 2 inches high and the only step on the property.
The Bedroom
The next room, immediately to the left of the entrance door and up a small step (2" high) is the bedroom. It's not a big room but we do think it's very homely and comfortable and has everything you need.

There's a double bed with freshly laundered linen.
A combi wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.
A small bedside table and lamp at each side of the bed.
There's a hairdryer and spare pillows / a blanket or throw to use as you need.
The Kitchen
My favourite room. It's a lovely kitchen, it's light and bright.
There's a gas cooker, with oven and four ring hob.

There's a huge oak butchers block unit, with cupboards and drawers - these hold the crockery and pans. We've also tried to include little things that you don't know you might need, like sandwich bags, foil, cling film, kitchen towel, bin liners.
A microwave.
A decent sized fridge freezer.
A selection of cleaning items, cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid.
The Bathroom
Brand new and redesigned in 2022
Early this year we finally had the retro avocado bathroom ripped out and refurbished. It's a small room, but it has a decent sized walk in electric shower, basin, toilet, heated towel rail. We provide 4 bath sheets and two hand towels, and will change these at any time on request.
